These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the Phantom Sound Customer Messaging program offered by Spirit217 LLC dba Phantom Sound (“Phantom Sound,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Program description
Phantom Sound sends text messages to customers regarding the services we provide. These messages include service- and appointment-related updates and requests to leave a review after we complete work at your home or business. This is not a marketing program — messages relate to the service you received from Phantom Sound.
How you opt in
You provide your mobile number and consent to receive these text messages when you schedule or receive service from Phantom Sound, or when you otherwise give us your number and agree to be contacted by text.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Phantom Sound does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation, and you will no longer receive text messages from this program. To rejoin, reply START.
