Do I need to rewire my house for Lutron?

For Caseta: no — it’s wireless and uses existing wiring. For RadioRA: also no rewire, but keypads replace existing switches. For HomeWorks: new construction yes, in retrofits we typically use RadioRA instead.

Will Lutron work with my Control4 system?

Yes. Lutron is the most commonly integrated lighting platform with Control4. They work together natively — Control4 scenes trigger Lutron lighting changes seamlessly.

Can I add Lutron gradually?

Yes. Caseta and RadioRA are modular — start with the kitchen and primary bedroom, add more rooms later. The system is designed to grow with you.

How long do Lutron systems last?

We routinely service Lutron HomeWorks installs from the early 2000s that are still flawless. 15-20+ year lifespans are normal.
