No. Control4 is sold and serviced exclusively through certified integrators. The programming tool (Composer Pro) is only accessible to authorized dealers — which means systems stay reliable because they’re professionally configured.

Will Control4 work with Alexa, Google, and HomeKit?

Yes. Control4 integrates with Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, and Josh.ai for voice control. We set up the integration as part of your install.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Most of your Control4 system continues to work — lights, audio, climate, and scenes all run locally. Only cloud-dependent features (remote app access from outside the home, certain streaming services) are affected.
