How do I get started?

If you are one of our early adopters, there is ZERO money upfront ZERO hidden costs.

The only fee is the subscription according to the level of support you desire.

Who and how do I contact to get support?

There will be a laminated sheet at your rack or wiring termination point with contact info.

Use your preferred method of communication day or night, holidays and weekends

Who answers my call?

Mega experienced, live and breathe all things technology, seasoned integration specialists from right here in the U.S.

What type of problems can they help solve?

What happens if they cannot solve the problem?

Best case scenario is that they have solved the problem before you even know it exists via proactive monitoring of your systems.

Worst case, we will have one of techs come out and make it right.

There are a couple steps in between proactive and our coming to see you.

Is my security and/or personal data at risk?

Absolutely not. The hardware that is installed only gives us access to limited amounts of information. Here is a small description from the manufacturer.

OvrC (the hardware installed to allow remote access) does not provide us access to the substantive information on your devices. For example, through OvrC we may be able to see whether your network is on and functioning and which devices are connected to your network, but we cannot access any content shared over the network or access or view any files on any devices connected to your network without additional authorization by You.
